Private training sessions typically last one hour. This time is fully dedicated to you, ensuring every minute is focused on helping you achieve your goals with precision and care.
The frequency of your sessions depends on your goals and schedule. Many clients find success with 2–3 sessions per week, but we'll create a plan that works best for your needs and lifestyle.
Private sessions are entirely one-on-one with your trainer, giving you their full attention for the entire hour. This means personalized coaching, real-time adjustments, and a completely individualized experience without sharing the session with others.
