Fuego is an hour long circuit training focused class mixing free weights, machines and cardio in exciting fat shredding workouts.
Southside Barbell is  a VERY strength focused workout focusing on building muscle and power. Lots of chalk, lots of PR’s, but hopefully not too much grunting.
Conquer is a fight conditioning class led by Core Blend’s resident MMA fighter, Don Scozzari. Punch, kick and juke your way through an intense and FUN hour long workout and learn some legitimate fight technique along the way.
