Personal Training works best when it’s personal, so our trainers customize workouts to be sure that every single client gets the full attention they need to get the best possible results. Work with a trainer one-on-one or grab a group of friends and train in a small group setting. The entire workout is based around your schedule, ability, needs, and goals. Small group training works best with 2-6 people, with price drops for every additional person added to your group.

Group Fitness training at Core Blend reflects our philosophy of combining physical training with focused exercise, tailored to each client’s needs and goals in a large group setting. Led by innovative instructors, these sessions reflect a range of fitness levels and allow you to workout with friends while making new ones. TRAINING THAT MIMICS YOUR SPORT
Group sports training is easily customized by our highly qualified trainers for a variety of sports. This training program varies for each athlete and each sport, to ensure training not only develops increased speed, power, strength, stamina, and athleticism, but develops useable strength where the movements in the weight room mimic YOUR sport. You will train 2-5 days a week in a group with other athletes; here’s the full schedule. In addition, we also offer individual and group baseball and softball lessons. Don’t do the workout everyone else is doing; do the workout that is going to help YOU improve your sports performance.

THROWS COACHING AND WEIGHT TRAINING FROM REESE HOFFA
Throw with other beginner, intermediate, or advanced throwers in the shot put and discus, in a small group setting or private sessions. Small groups ensure competition and have led to the best practices Reese has taken part in, and will lead to great results with all of your throws being monitored by Reese. Our trainers will personally design a program built around your goals, schedule, available equipment, and injury history. Training plans are available as a monthly template for you to follow, or can include weekly personal interaction from your trainer including email, chat, text, Skype or phone calls to track your progress and modify your workouts to better help you achieve your goals.
