CUSTOMIZED GROUP TRAINING FOR FITNESS
CUT (COREBLEND UTILITY TRAINING) Our Core Blend Signature class. CUT (formerly Bootcamp) is an hour-long full body Customized Group Training program for Fitness. Build lean muscle, burn fat, and get into the best shape of your life. Our custom, function training format is scalable for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Offered everyday at a variety of times to fit your schedule. Choose between 2-5 sessions every week.
RETIREE FITNESS A hour-long class dedicated to the health and fitness of older adults. Offered twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
CARDIO An hour-long class dedicated to cardio. $5 drop-in.
HARDCORE FIT Named after Lance and Adriana’s CrossFit affiliates, this class taught by Lance and Adriana is the class that put their gyms on the map! With their CrossFit Level 1 and 2 certifications and their experience taking themselves and athletes to the CrossFit games, this is a phenomenal workout designed to get you into your best shape ever. Each class will encompass bodyweight movements, strength training, mobility, cardiovascular fitness and most importantly fun. Even while working out in a group you will feel like you are getting an individual training session.
CORE BLEND FIGHT CLUB is a fantastic full body cardio workout. Learn to punch, kick, knee, elbow and defend yourself while getting into great shape. This is not just a trainer telling you to kick a bag. Our professional fight trainers offer you the opportunity to learn self-defense skills while improving your fitness level. $10 drop-in.
MUAY THAI is a battlefield martial art that utilizes punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to dominate one’s opponent. Muay Thai is a worldwide sport and a staple in mixed martial arts training. Taught by renowned Muay Thai trainer, Scott Hicks, who has has over 36 years of experience, has trained numerous world, national, regional, and state champions, and is regarded as one of the premiere Muay Thai trainers in the U.S. Three group lessons every week.
CUSTOMIZED GROUP TRAINING FOR ATHLETES
SPORTS PERFORMANCE Our group sports training program is easily customized by our highly qualified trainers for a variety of sports. This training program varies for each athlete and each sport, to ensure training not only develops increased speed, power, strength, stamina, and athleticism, but develops usable strength where the movements in the weight room mimic the sport. Boys meet everyday and girls meet MWF.
KIDS Core Blend Kids is an hour long customized group training program designed for elementary aged children. The class focuses on developing safe motor patterns, anchoring in good movement skills, and having fun while exercising. Offered daily.
SPEED AND AGILITY An hour long class working with athletes on speed, power, agility, and acceleration. Using medicine balls, sleds, parachutes, bands and our 5000 square foot turf area, this class will help you get fast. Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
SOFTBALL COACHING Individual or group lessons for children and adult softball players. Players who are at an elite level or in the developmental stages will receive the highest level of softball instruction. Our staff members, who have played and coached at the collegiate level, focus to develop the complete player with the mechanical, mental, and physical skills necessary to succeed on and off the field. Our lessons progress with drills that are based on individual and group’s skill level, rather than age. We offer players the unique opportunity to progress at their own rate. By appointment.
