Rachel Greenwall specializes in training endurance athletes, children, and a wide variety of individuals looking to improve the quality of their health, and does so on an individual and group level.
Rachel is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences. She is a former collegiate cross country and track runner for The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, specializing in long distance. She brings over a decade of experience as an elite competitive runner and athlete to Core Blend.

Brooke Satterfield is a graduate of Valdosta State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist. Brooke also played on the Women’s Basketball team at VSU for three years. She is an alumni of North Oconee High School where she played varsity basketball and softball.
Margaret Thomas is a 23 year resident of the Athens area, UGA alum, and mother of three. A registered Hatha yoga teacher, she approaches all her classes with the same philosophy as she approaches her life: with loads of ambition, laughter, and (pardon the yoga pun) flexibility!
Hannah Pachuta is currently studying Exercise Science with a planned graduation in Spring 2019. A graduate of Oconee County High School, she has a background in gymnastics and cheerleading and is passionate about getting results for clients.
