Adrian Salazar is a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach and is currently attending the University of Georgia for a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics. He currently competes and represents UGA as an Olympic Weightlifter in the 109+ kg category. He has experience and a passion for working with youth and high school athletics.
Leah Della Torre has an extensive knowledge of sport specific strength and conditioning programs. She spent four years as a head softball coach, at Eastern Nazarene College and Maryville College. She also has experience developing training programs for collegiate soccer, basketball, and volleyball teams. She was an accomplished softball player at Piedmont College.
Leah holds a sports specific training certification from AFSA. She also has a BA in Business Administration, and an MBA in Managerial Leadership, both from Piedmont College.

Adriana started her career as an ACE Certified personal trainer 24 years ago. Her desire to help others pushed her to expand her knowledge into many subdivisions of fitness where she trained professional boxers, bodybuilders, fitness competitors, and other professional athletes. In 2005, she became a certified sports nutrition consultant with the AFPA and studied under Gulien Gibson Serrette, a PHD neuropathic Nutritionist and professional athlete. Adriana founded the world renown Teen Fitness division in the NPC. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge, and motivation and always encourages people to be better than yesterday in every aspect of their lives. “Never Quit” is her philosophy and she is excited to continue helping people here at Core Blend.
